Build me a Windows app for downloading 红果 short dramas and AI short dramas so I can keep the episodes offline in good quality.

I want it to let me search for a title, paste a share link, or browse a trending leaderboard and a big catalog. From there I should be able to queue whole series or just selected episodes, then download everything into neatly named folders with each episode saved as its own MP4. Please include a library view for everything I already downloaded, with posters, size on disk, and an easy way to update a show when new episodes come out.

It would be great if the app also had a built in player with resume, auto play, speed control, and picture in picture, plus a way to merge a whole series into one file with chapters for each episode. Keep it simple to use, private, and local on my PC, and look up current docs online if you need to.
