Build me a self hosted health tracking app that I can run on my own server with Docker Compose.

It should be a privacy first PWA where I can log and view my weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, sleep, mood, medications, and menstrual cycle all in one place on a timeline with charts and trends. I want it to import data from health devices and services like Withings, WHOOP, Fitbit, Apple Health, and Google Health if possible, and I want my own health data to stay on my server, not in some vendor cloud. Add basic AI style insights that explain patterns in plain language, but keep them grounded in my own data and let me connect my own AI key or local model.

Make it installable on mobile, work well offline, support reminders for medications, and include exports or reports I can share with a doctor. Use a clean modern dashboard, dark mode would be nice, and make sure it feels polished and ready to self host. If you need current docs for any integrations, look them up online.
