MDX-Tom/gpt-5.6-instruct ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small Python tool that lets me manage and swap in a custom instruction pack for Codex, with a safe preview mode, apply mode, and reset mode.

I want it to load a default release version, keep older versions archived, and let me roll back cleanly if something goes wrong. It should also support a simple local test workflow so I can generate prompt sets, run regression checks, and verify the scoring logic offline. Please include a clear README, a couple of example commands, and a way to sync the release files so the packaged zip stays consistent.

Make it work on Python 3.8 or newer, and keep it friendly to use from the command line. If you need to check current docs or best practices online, go ahead and do that.
