Build me a web control panel like 3X UI for personal use, where I can manage an Xray core server from a clean browser dashboard. I want to add and edit proxy and VPN connections for protocols like Vmess, Vless, Trojan, ShadowSocks, WireGuard, Hysteria, HTTP, Tunnel, Mixed, and Tun.

Make it easy to create multiple users, set expiry dates, traffic limits, and IP limits, then see their usage and status without touching config files. Include basic server settings, inbound management, client links or subscription output, and simple monitoring so I can tell what is running.

Please make installation simple with a one command installer, plus Docker support. Use SQLite by default, but allow PostgreSQL for bigger setups or multi node use. Include safe defaults, a clear warning that it is for personal and legal use only, and write enough documentation so a normal person can install, update, and back up the panel.
