Build me a small web app that fixes messy metadata files.

I want to be able to paste in text or upload a file, have the app inspect it, spot missing or broken fields, and return a cleaned up version that I can copy or download. It should also tell me in plain English what was wrong and what it changed, so it feels trustworthy instead of like a black box.

Keep the interface simple and friendly, with a clear input area, a run button, and a results section. If the file is too broken to repair fully, the app should still give useful feedback and a best effort fix. Since this looks like an AI powered app, hook it up so it can use my local API key and use the model to help repair metadata when needed.
