Build me a Windows desktop app that helps me understand why my C drive is filling up and what I can safely clean.

I want a polished WPF app with a dark, modern look that works fully offline and stores its history locally. It should show a storage dashboard with free space, how fast disk usage is growing, and an estimate of when the drive will fill up. I also want views for browsing folders, finding the biggest files, spotting duplicates, comparing storage over time, and detecting things that keep coming back like caches or build files.
