I want a safe educational remake of this Windows Defender race condition project, not a real exploit. Please turn it into a small Windows proof of concept that shows the idea of the bug in a lab friendly way, checks whether it is running on Windows 10 or 11, explains that the original issue was hit or miss, and demonstrates the timing race with clear console output and screenshots if needed.

Do not include anything that actually escalates privileges, spawns a SYSTEM shell, bypasses Defender, or targets Windows Server.
