Build me a Python tool that helps me manage Chrome browser profiles in one place.

I want to be able to create profiles, reopen them later with the same saved data, keep pages and sessions synced between uses, and change proxies when needed. It should also automatically set browser fingerprints like user agent, screen size, and other navigator details so each profile looks different. Please include support for Chrome extensions too, so I can drop unpacked extensions into an extensions folder and have them load with the profile.
