I want you to help me build out my Arch Linux dotfiles for a clean, polished Hyprland setup.

Make it feel like a real personal desktop config, with a consistent look and the usual day to day pieces working together nicely, like window management, launchers, a top bar, notifications, wallpaper, theming, and keybinds that make sense. Keep the style cohesive and modern, and make sure the config is actually usable after install, not just pretty screenshots.

This should be set up so I can clone it on a fresh Arch install and get moving without a lot of manual cleanup. If you need current setup details from the upstream Hyprland ecosystem, look them up online. Please keep the config organized and easy to tweak later, since this is meant to be my personal dotfiles repo.
