Build me a simple PHP web app called Unify that feels like a ready to install self hosted product. I don’t have a proper README yet, so use the existing folder names as the guide and keep it practical.

I want someone to be able to open it in a browser, run an installer, set up the basic site settings, then use the app without touching code. Include a clean public page, a login area, a basic dashboard, file storage for uploaded files, asset handling, and a simple plugin area so extra features can be added later. Add a safe writable folder setup and make sure errors are handled nicely instead of showing ugly PHP crashes.
