Mail-0/Zero ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an open source email app like a modern Gmail alternative called Zero. I want it to feel clean and fast, with a privacy first focus, so users can self host it and keep control of their own email data.

It should let people sign in with Google, connect Gmail and eventually other email providers, and see everything in one unified inbox. The main experience should include reading email, searching, composing, replying, organizing messages, and a polished customizable interface. Add AI helpers inside the mail experience, but keep them optional and make the privacy tradeoffs clear.

Use a modern TypeScript web stack with Next.js, React, Tailwind, a Node backend, PostgreSQL, and Docker for local setup. Include authentication, environment setup, database setup, and clear run instructions so I can start it locally without guessing. Look up current docs online if you need to.
