Build me a local web app for managing multiple Instagram accounts from one dashboard.

I want to log into all accounts at startup, then be able to follow and unfollow a user, like and unlike a post, leave comments, save and unsave posts, and see everything happening in real time in the browser and in log files. If one account fails or an action is already done on one account, stop the whole operation and show a clear error so I can fix it.

Please also add an optional AI comment feature that can generate a slightly different comment for each account using Gemini, so the comments do not all look the same. Keep sessions saved so accounts do not have to log in constantly, and add random delays and simple rate limiting to make the actions look more human.

Make it simple to run locally with a clear setup flow, a first time login screen, and a dashboard after everything is initialized.
