Build me a simple web app that lets me send one WhatsApp message to a big list of phone numbers.

I want to be able to paste numbers in manually or upload a CSV or Excel file, then type a message and optionally attach a file. The app should clean up the list for me, remove duplicates and bad numbers, and handle numbers with or without a country code if I set a default one. Before sending, show me a preview with how many numbers are valid and invalid.

When I hit send, it should open WhatsApp Web in Chrome, ask me to scan the QR code the first time, then send messages one by one with a small delay so it does not rush. I want live progress on the page, like sent, failed, and a log for each number. After it finishes, let me download a CSV report with the status, reason, and time for every number.
