MangaManagerORG/Manga-Manager ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Manga Manager app for organizing a manga library from local files.

I want it to let me browse a folder of manga and comic archive files, preview the covers, edit metadata for one book or many at once, and save all the changes back into the files when I’m done. It should also let me change the cover and back cover from the same place, batch edit covers, and pull metadata from online sources if needed. Please include a way to convert images to webp, and show warnings and errors inside the app so I can see what went wrong.

It should work on .cbz files too, and if possible make it usable both as a normal desktop app and in a Docker setup that I can open from a browser, with support for remote use over ssh like a terminal mode. If you need to check current library docs or best practices, go ahead and look them up online.
