Maplespe/ExplorerBlurMica ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a small Windows utility that adds a blur, acrylic, or Mica style background to File Explorer on Windows 10 and Windows 11.

I want it to work only for Explorer, not change the whole system, and I want a simple settings window where I can pick the effect type, tweak the background color and transparency, and turn options on or off like clearing the address bar background, the scrollbar background, and the WinUI or Xaml area background. It should adapt to light and dark mode too.

Please make it installable and uninstallable easily, and include a way to apply the effect after restarting Explorer. If Explorer crashes, I still want a safe way to recover and remove it. Use the current Windows docs if you need to, and keep it compatible with common Explorer style mod tools and third party themes.
