Build me a polished GitHub project that gives Claude Code a full set of cybersecurity skills it can load from a skills folder, with clear setup instructions and good examples for each one.

I want it to feel like a real toolkit for security work, covering things like recon, vulnerability checks, exploit development, reverse engineering, malware analysis, threat hunting, incident response, network and web security, cloud security, SOC automation, log analysis, crypto, red team, blue team, AI and LLM security, mobile, OT and ICS, and GRC. Each skill should have its own folder and be easy to install into Claude Code either globally or per project.

Please make the README explain what the skills do, how to install them, and how to use them with simple prompts a normal person could try. Add a clean project structure, helpful docs, and any small scripts or templates needed so the skills feel ready to use right away. If you need current Claude Code details, look them up online first.
