Mastercard/developers-agent-toolkit ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a TypeScript toolkit for the Mastercard Developers platform that an AI assistant can use to discover services and read integration docs.

I want it to work both as a standalone MCP server and as something I can import into a Node project. It should let agents list available Mastercard products and services, get documentation overviews, fetch full documentation pages or sections, and pull the OAuth 1.0a, OAuth 2.0, and Open Finance integration guides. It should also expose API operation summaries and detailed operation info, including request paths, methods, parameters, and schemas.

Please make it easy to run locally, with a simple stdio based MCP setup, and keep the code clean and well organized. If you need to look up current MCP or Mastercard docs online while wiring it up, go ahead. I mostly want a solid working starter that feels ready to plug into Cursor, Claude, or other agent tools.
