Build me a small Windows desktop app for Aether that makes the tunnel easy to use without opening a terminal.

I want the main screen to be simple, with one big Connect button, a Disconnect state, and clear status while it is searching for a route or reconnecting. It should run the real Aether binary in the background, show live progress and logs, and automatically reconnect if the tunnel drops. Add a tray icon so it can start minimized, stay running in the background, and let me connect or disconnect from the tray menu.

Please also include an advanced settings panel for the important Aether options, like protocol choice, scan mode, IPv4 or IPv6, transport choice, obfuscation, proxy settings, and system proxy toggle. If possible, remember the last working settings and use them again next time.

Make it feel polished and lightweight, with subtle animations and a clean modern look. If you need to check current docs or implementation details, look them up online.
