MaximXR/Antigravity-Chat-Manager ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an Antigravity IDE extension that gives me a clean visual dashboard for all my AI chats, both the ones still in the sidebar and the ones that have fallen off the index but are still sitting on disk. I want to be able to search chats by title or ID, filter them by project, sort them by date, size, or name, and switch between a detailed view and a compact view for long lists. It should clearly show which chats are active and which are orphaned, let me restore or delete one chat or all of them at once, and also let me open the chat folder on disk or copy the chat name and ID with one click. Please add simple notes for each chat that I can edit inline, plus a filter to show only chats with notes. Make it work in English and Russian based on the IDE language, and if you need to check current docs online, do that.
