McBlockYT/LvL-Devil — reverse-engineered prompt

I want you to turn this repo into a working little JavaScript game called LvL Devil, or at least a simple playable browser prototype that fits that name and whatever scraps are already in here. The README is basically useless and even says to ignore the files, so please inspect everything, figure out if any of it is worth keeping, and rebuild cleanly if it is not.

Make it feel complete enough that I can open it locally and play right away. I am thinking a small arcade style experience with a title screen, the actual gameplay, score or progress, game over, restart, and simple visuals and sound if that makes sense. Keep it lightweight and easy to run.

Please clean up the project structure, remove junk if needed, and leave clear instructions for how to start it. If there is a zip or old source that helps, use it. If not, make sensible choices and fill in the gaps. Look up current docs online if you need to.
