Medium/medium-wordpress-plugin ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a WordPress plugin that lets authors cross post their blog posts to Medium.

I want each WordPress user to be able to connect their own Medium account, then choose whether a post gets sent as a draft, unlisted, or public. Please include support for Creative Commons and Public Domain licensing too. It should fit naturally into the WordPress editor and feel simple for a normal site owner to use.
