Build me a meeting scheduler dashboard for a chatbot product.

I want a clean React app with Material UI and Redux that lets users sign up, log in, connect their Google calendar, and manage their meeting groups from a dashboard. The app should have pages for sign in, sign up, settings, my groups, adding a group, and editing a group. It should feel like a real admin panel, simple and polished, with a clear flow from account setup to calendar connection to creating a group for scheduling meetings.

Connect it to a Node.js and Express backend with MongoDB for storing users, groups, and settings. Please include Docker setup so I can run the whole thing easily in development.
