Build me a local first personal memory hub for AI agents, with a desktop app and a command line interface that all share the same memory and settings.

I want it to remember my preferences, project history, and useful context across sessions, so if I switch between Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or other agents, they all know the same me instead of starting over. It should be able to import past chat history from supported agents, turn that into organized long term memory, and show a simple first time report about what it learned.

Please make it work as a small local runtime too, with an API I can connect other tools to, and support for adding extra tools or skills later. Keep the data on my machine by default, make access feel secure, and if memory is unavailable, show a clear error instead of pretending it has memories. If you need current docs or API details, look them up online first.
