Mert-byt/Repulse ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a clean one page web app called Repulse that helps people find GitHub repositories by what they do, not just by exact keywords.

I want a search experience where someone can type something natural in English or Turkish, like a feature or tool they need, and the app should find matching repos using names, descriptions, topics, and README text. If the smarter search gets no results, it should try again with the original words. Show clear results, let me sort by stars, last updated, or forks, and load more as I scroll. When the search box is empty, show popular repos automatically.

Also add a favorites section saved in the browser, and use those likes to suggest similar repos. Keep it read only, fast, and safe, with everything working directly in the browser using the GitHub search API. Make it feel polished with a simple monochrome design and smooth animations. If you need current API details, look them up online.
