Mes-Open/OpenMes ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted manufacturing execution system for small factories, something like OpenMES. I want a tablet friendly web app where supervisors can plan production on a schedule, drag work orders around, and see live status across multiple lines. Operators should have a simple touch based screen to follow step by step instructions, start and finish tasks, report issues, and keep going even if the internet drops for a bit.

It should also track batches, quality checks, downtime reasons, and give me a dashboard with useful reports and charts so I can see what is happening on the shop floor in real time. Add roles for admin, supervisor, and operator, plus an audit trail for everything important.
