Build me a simple self hosted API that can search YouTube videos and turn a video into either an mp3 or mp4, then return a stream or download link along with the video info. I want it to work from a web server with a clean setup flow, using a .env file for configuration, including a Google API key and any server settings it needs. Please make it easy to run locally or with Docker, since I want to be able to deploy it on a VPS without a lot of manual work.

The app should rely on the usual tools for this kind of thing, like youtube dl or yt dlp and ffmpeg, and it should handle the conversion and link generation reliably.
