Build me a hands on learning project for people who want to learn how to develop AI agents on Microsoft Azure.

I want it to feel like a Microsoft Learn style lab repo, with a simple documentation site, a clear landing page, and a set of guided exercises that walk someone through common tasks for building AI agents in Azure. Include any starter files or lab assets needed so learners can follow along locally if they want. Any Python sample code should use Python 3.12 or newer.

Make the instructions friendly for someone who has an Azure subscription but may not know exactly what to set up yet. Explain that they need permissions and quota for Azure resources and generative AI models. Keep the exercises practical and focused on doing things, not just reading theory.

Please organize it so it can be published as a GitHub Pages learning site, and include a short note telling people to open issues if something in the exercises doesn’t work. Look up current Azure docs online if you need to.
