Build me a simple Windows tool that turns the Perfect World Arena client UI into Korean. I want this to be an unofficial local patch that only changes interface text on my own PC, not anything related to anti cheat, DLL injection, memory editing, or gameplay.

Please make it easy for a normal user to use. There should be a patch script you run as administrator after fully closing Perfect World Arena, and it should automatically back up the original app.asar before making changes. I also want a restore script that puts the backup back if something goes wrong. If the game updates later and resets the patch, it should be easy to apply again.

Use the translation files and mappings in this repo and keep the project focused on UI string replacement. It is okay if a few Chinese strings still remain for now. Add a short README in Korean and English with the basic steps, warnings, and disclaimer that this is not affiliated with Perfect World, Valve, or Steam. Look up current docs online if you need to.
