Build me a web app for Destiny 2 players that helps me figure out the best armor set from the gear I already own. I want to sign in with my Bungie account, have the app pull in my available armor pieces automatically, and then let me pick the stats I care about most, like Resilience, Recovery, Discipline, and so on. The app should calculate the best armor combinations for those goals and show which pieces and mods to use.

Please include support for minor, major, and artifice stat mods, plus options to lock certain armor pieces and filter out items I do not want considered. I want it to feel fast and practical, more like a min max tool than a flashy site, with clear results and easy tweaking so I can compare different builds in a few clicks.
