Build me a Telegram bot in Python for selling premium access, something that feels complete and ready to run. I want regular users to be able to start the bot, see what premium options are available, understand the pricing or plans, and go through a simple buying flow inside Telegram. It should also have an admin side so I can manage products or plans, check users, review purchases or requests, and keep things organized.

Please wire it up with a proper database backed setup, clean configuration through environment variables, and a plugin style structure so it is easy to extend later. Make the messages feel polished and user friendly, not overly technical. Include the basic setup files and make sure it can run in a normal polling mode.

If anything important is missing, use sensible defaults and look up current Telegram bot docs if you need to. I mainly want a solid premium selling bot that works end to end and is easy for me to customize later.
