Build me a Minecraft practice server plugin for Spigot 1.8.8 that feels like a polished all in one practice core.

I want players to be able to choose kits, join arenas, reset their inventory, go back to spawn, and check recent match history from a GUI. Add the setup commands for managing kits and arenas, plus a way to set the lobby spawn and reload the config after changes. Include the extra player, donor, staff, and admin commands shown in the README, with the right permissions and helpful messages.

It should also support language selection, simple clan and ability related menus, coins, cosmetics shops, kill effects, trail effects, and leaderboard placeholders for global, per kit, and clan rankings.
