Mirio12345/NeonGX — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an Electron desktop browser called NeonGX with a dark neon gaming style. I want it to feel like a simple Opera GX inspired browser, with tabs, workspaces, saved sessions so the browser remembers open tabs after restart, and a built in ad blocker.

Please include a RAM usage optimizer or at least a visible RAM usage area in the UI, even if it’s basic at first. Make privacy a clear point, don’t add tracking or data selling behavior. The browser should use webviews for browsing pages, have navigation controls like back, forward, reload, address bar, and new tab, and keep the interface clean and usable.

Also try to fix the rough problems if you can, like tabs opening in a separate window, YouTube playback stopping, RAM usage not loading, and Discord or Google login issues as much as Electron allows. If you need to check current Electron docs online, do that and make the project run locally with npm start.
