Build me a mobile first flight board for Bolivian airports that shows live arrivals and departures from the public NAABOL data.

I want it to feel much cleaner than the original airport display, with a simple modern interface that works great on a phone but also looks good on desktop. It should let people search flights by number, destination, or airline, sort by time or delays, pin flights to the top, and tap any flight to open a detail view with route info, live progress, sharing, and a Flightradar24 lookup. Please make it support Spanish, English, and Brazilian Portuguese, plus light and dark mode.

It should open on the nearest airport automatically, refresh on its own, and work as a PWA so the last board still opens offline. I also want a split flap style board view as an option, with a subtle mechanical feel and sound turned off by default. Use the public API only, and look up current docs online if you need to.
