Build me an unofficial Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition game system for Foundry Virtual Tabletop. I want people to install it as a Foundry system, create characters, NPCs, and creatures, open clear character sheets, add skills, weapons, and items, and make the common roll requests needed during play.

Please include a few starter compendiums so a Keeper can import a sample 1920s investigator, an example NPC, an example creature, basic skills, one test weapon, and ready to use roll request links.

Do not include copyrighted rulebook text or official book content. Use placeholders and examples only, so users can enter their own weapons, skills, items, and scenario material. Make it feel polished enough to share with a gaming group, with clean styling, sensible icons where allowed, and installation through a Foundry system manifest.
