Build me a FiveM resource for a vehicle tuning shop called zo_tuning.

I want players to be able to open a simple in game menu, browse tuning options, preview changes, and buy upgrades if they can afford them. It should have a clean NUI interface, Lua client and server logic, and store any needed shop or player data in SQL. If there are sound effects or special audio files needed, wire those in too since this project already includes custom sound and stream folders.
