I want a PHP based VPN sales bot that I can put on a normal host or an Ubuntu 22 server and have it basically run the whole sales flow for me. It should let customers buy and manage VPN service through the bot, and give me a clean admin area to manage products, inventory, pricing, users, and manual bulk sales if needed. Please include the nicer user experience stuff from this project too, like a modern looking web admin panel, a better mini app experience, colored buttons, nicer usage or volume cards, and a polished admin side.

Please make sure the setup is complete and actually usable, including config, webhook or bot setup, cron jobs, and whatever database or environment values are needed for PHP 8.2 or 8.3. I also want the emergency panel and inventory management working properly.

Keep the install simple and documented so I can deploy it on hosting or a server without guessing. If anything is unclear, look up the current docs online and wire it up in the most practical way.
