Build me an AI coding skill for trading questions that works in Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, and Hermes. I want it to answer questions about ICT and SMC in plain language, using a curated knowledge base so it does not make up price levels or generic chart takes. It should be able to read a user question like what is a fair value gap, pull the relevant concept notes, and answer with the important rules and related ideas. If I attach a chart or give it market data, it should identify the symbol and timeframe, fetch live OHLCV when needed, detect structure like BOS, CHoCH, order blocks, fair value gaps, sweeps, and premium discount zones, then give a clear analysis with exact prices. It should also generate annotated charts and handle pasted CSV data as a fallback. Make it installable with a simple Python script, include docs, and keep the whole thing self contained per platform.
