Build me a simple GitHub resource repo, not a full web app, for a curated list called “100 Free Resource Websites That Should Be Illegal”.

I want the main README to be the product. Organize the sites by useful categories like media, design, stock photos, PDF tools, books, learning, research, developer tools, and similar. Each item should have the real link, a short honest plain English review, and a clear note if it is freemium, has limits, ads, or is legally grey. Keep the tone helpful and a little fun, but don’t promote anything sketchy without warning people.

Also add a small shell script that checks all the URLs, saves the link results into a TSV file, and creates an audit note so I can see what is working or broken later. Include a plain URL list too. Please verify links online if you can, use current working domains, and make the repo clean enough to publish on GitHub right away.
