Build me a small project that creates an 18 second square launch promo for a fake app called tracked.

I want it to feel like a deadpan startup teaser, with a black opening, then the tracked brand reveal, a simple browser style UI showing a few items getting added, a saved toast, a green line chart climbing up and to the right, and then a final punchline screen that says it is now in private beta and backed by people you have heard of.

Please make it so each scene is its own simple HTML file and the animation is driven by time, so it can be captured into a video.
