Build me a simple attendance web app for BuzzTech’s admin team.

I want an admin only system where I can log in, onboard people the first time, and then check them in and out during the event. It should track two groups, the management team and the participant team, and save everything in a database so I can see who has attended and for how long.

Please make a clean dashboard, an onboarding page, a check in and check out page, and a reports page with a table I can export. Use a modern responsive UI that works well on desktop, and keep the flow very simple for non technical users.
