Build me a self hosted media manager that puts everything in one place for movies, TV shows, live TV, subtitles, and indexers.

I want a clean web app where I can browse and search my library, discover new content, set up smart lists that automatically add things I care about, and monitor downloads and recent additions from a dashboard.
