Build me a clean, easy to browse knowledge library site from this repo’s content.

It should feel like a well organized handbook of useful sysadmin, DevOps, networking, security, and shell tips, with a strong table of contents, nice section navigation, and readable pages for tools, manuals, cheat sheets, one liners, and curated links. I want it to be simple to contribute to with Markdown content, and polished enough that people can quickly find what they need without digging around.
