Build me a fan made Just Dance song modding tool that can convert, inspect, and edit song packages across the main formats people use, including JDI, UbiArt, JDNext PC, and the newer Unity based layouts.

I want a simple drag and drop app for regular users, plus a command line version for power users. It should be able to import from folders and archives, convert between supported formats, export back out to the right kind of game folder or cache, and handle things like cover art, metadata, timeline clips, lyrics, pictograms, and video offsets.

Please make it feel practical and easy to use, with clear prompts when a target format needs extra choices. It should support packing and extracting IPK files too, and be careful about preserving data where possible. If you need to check current docs or best practices, look them up online.
