Build me a simple website from this repo that turns all these course links and materials into an easy learning directory. I want people to browse by platform, like Coursera, Udacity, edX, Udemy, and LinkedIn Learning, and also by topic, like data science, machine learning, programming languages, operating systems, mechanical engineering, mathematics, and robotics. Each course should show the course name, provider, subject area, and links to the original course plus the matching repo materials when they exist.
Please make the home page clean and friendly, with search and a few simple filters so someone can quickly find things like Python, Go, MATLAB, JavaScript, Linux, or Google Cloud courses. If some course entries are missing links or details, handle that nicely instead of breaking the page. I would also like a basic course detail view and a clear landing page that explains what the site is for. Add a short README so I know how to run it locally and add more courses later. Look up current docs online if you need to.
