Build me a polished web app called vPayDigital for virtual cards and payments. I want it to feel like a real product, not just a demo. Users should be able to sign up, log in, land on a simple dashboard, create and manage virtual cards, see card details and balances, and view recent transactions or payment activity. Make the flows clear and friendly so someone can understand the product right away.

Please wire up the data side too so accounts, cards, and transactions are actually stored and loaded properly. Add sensible sample data or a quick demo setup so I can test it fast.
