Build me a simple Islamic prayer times app called Muajjin for Android.

It should work offline, calculate Salat times locally on the device, and not use any remote APIs or tracking. I want it to show the current prayer, the next prayer countdown, Suhoor and Iftar times, and the Hijri date. It should get the user’s location automatically with GPS, and fall back to IP if needed. Please include light and dark mode, and keep the whole app clean, fast, and minimal.

If there are any setup details or current best practices I should follow, look up the latest docs online while you build it. Keep the focus only on prayer times and Saum times, nothing extra.
