Build me a local voice assistant in Python that feels fast and simple to use. I want it to wake up with the word Nova, listen for commands, and handle basic things like opening apps, typing text, and doing web searches. It should also have a small local web page where I can change settings, switch between fast, normal, and chatty mode, and see the assistant status.
