Build me a simple direct sale website in Django with a clean Bootstrap style and a responsive layout.

I want visitors to be able to sign up, log in, and stay signed in with secure password handling. During signup, make sure duplicate username, email, and phone number are blocked. After login, users should see a dashboard where they can manage media and send emails.

Please include pages for Home, Products, Plans, Company, and Terms and Conditions, plus separate areas to upload, view, and delete images, videos, and files.
