Build me a small web service that shows a full screen Cyclomedia street view for any latitude and longitude I pass in the URL.

I want to be able to run it locally, set my Cyclomedia username, password, and API key in an env file, then visit something like /view/40.7128/-74.0060 and see the viewer load with those coordinates centered. Keep it simple, just serve the page and wire it up so the Cyclomedia app is configured from the route values.

Use the existing style of the project and make sure it works as a basic Node app I can start with one command. If anything is unclear, check the current Cyclomedia docs online before guessing.
