Build me a simple curated resource website for internal audit professionals based on this repo. I want it to feel like an “Awesome Internal Audit” directory, not a complicated app.

Add search and simple category filtering so someone can quickly find useful links. Make it responsive and easy to maintain, with the resource data separated so I can add more links later without digging through layout code.
